Wood, Tools, Furniture, and Birds

I have been a woodworker of one stripe or another for 50 years, and a furniture maker for over 40 of those years. See the About page for a brief bio. Other pages here will showcase images of some of the pieces I have created in that time, and I will write a few blog posts about tools, wood, design, teaching, and woodworking.

If you’re wondering about the reference to Birds in the title of this page, in recent years I have become an earnest and avid but unaccomplished photographer of birds. If you are interested, you can see samples of my photography at www.dflemingphoto.com (like this, a website under construction).
